Packing Guide

Proper packing is essential to ensure your luggage arrives safely and in good condition. Follow these tips and best practices to pack your belongings securely for shipping.

Choose the outer protection

  • Box: Use a strong box in good condition and make sure it is slightly larger than the item you want to ship to accommodate the cushioning.
  • Suitcase: Make sure it is rigid and in good condition. Hard-shell cases are ideal.
  • Backpack/Duffel bag: Use clear plastic wrap to cover it or place it inside a shipping bag to prevent straps from getting caught.

Protect the contents

For fragile items, wrap individually using bubble wrap or packing paper. Remove or secure any loose parts. Fill empty spaces so items do not shift during transport.

Seal and protect

  • Box: You can use the "H-taping method": tape along the center seam and along both edge seams.
  • Suitcase/Backpack/Duffel bag: Secure zippers with a small lock or strong tape.

Label clearly

Attach the shipping label we have provided on the largest flat surface. Make sure the barcode is flat and not covered with tape glare. For suitcases and bags, you can attach the label using a strong adhesive pouch or taped plastic sleeve.

Final check

Confirm the label is readable and nothing moves inside when shaken.
